Presentation: How cute is this little fish sandwich? I had lunch today at Avicolli’s Coal Fire restaurant in Fayetteville. Haddock is on the menu and not just on Fridays! I had it broiled in butter – it came on a brioche bun and served with fries, a lemon and dollops of tartar sauce and ketchup. No coleslaw.

Taste: It was delicious – so good and the perfect size, really. I forgot to take the end game photo. I cleared the plate. It was $15.95.

Restaurant Experience: There were four of us – we are doing an annual before school starts thingy even though three of us are retired. We arrived at 11;00 AM on this rainy morning. They’d just opened so there was no one else there. We sat in the booth near the bar by the front window, same as last year. I highly recommended lunching here. It has a positive vibe. The waitstaff are a friendly group and they have a great menu. They also have an outdoor space that is really cute on sunny days.
Location: 104 Limestone Plaza, Fayetteville, New York 13066

Parking: I parked in front of the building. There is also a parking lot across the street under the bridge. Oh, and they finally finished the adjacent construction work so the road by the park is open again! So nice!
